Blue Heron Partners was founded as a real estate investment firm that engaged and specialized in the fix and flip and rehab of one to 4 unit properties throughout the Chicagoland area. With the low interest rates and strong demand for residential residences in the early 2000’s We quickly began to expand our business to Condominium conversion, mixed use, and raw land development.

Fast forward to 2008, Blue Heron Partner’s primary focus is the acquisition of residential rentals – both Single Family and Multi Family properties. The unprecedented numbers of Foreclosures has created a wealth building and passive income opportunity like none other in the history of this country. As we actively acquire properties for ourselves we noticed the huge demand by other passive investors for the expertise and infrastructure we have in place.
